CLUB NFD has its representatives from active members

CLUB NFD Board of Directors – extract from CLUB NFD Statutes

NFD Management Board agrees with and accepts creation and elections of the Club NFD Board of Directors (hereinafter referred to as “Board”), which is elected for each country separately if the conditions for the Board’s creation are fulfilled.

The Board is founded and elected if the following conditions for its creation are fulfilled:

a) there are at least 5 leaders in the country with the level of 50% or they own at least one capital stock share in NFD received for their own purchases

b) there are more than 500 club members in the country

c) minimum number of the Board members is 5-7. Number of honorary Board members is unlimited.

An honorary member is a member whose business is creating a high passive income and they do not to work actively.

Goal of the Board is:

a) to organize activity of business teams within trainings, meetings, know-how implementation

b) to increase turnovers of the club

c) to create ethical code and observe its application

d) supervise the activity of NFD in investing

e) supervise the activity of cooperators

f) follow the corporate culture, level and image of NFD

g) pass the vision and mission, as well as values and direction of the club, to other leaders
